Good high-mileage maintenance experience!!! There is definitely old world charm but it doesn't deter me. Space in service/parts area is efficient. & i would come back. Not everyone likes to pay for maintenance especially over 1k like i just did, but i know that what they did was well worth the investment, and just have to give a special thanks to my service advisor Paul who made me feel confident that all the work that needed to be done was done right. At pickup, while waiting for my advisor to finish with his customer, I enjoyed making conversation with other staff who all represent the brand with knowledgeable helpful insight, straight-forward car people who know how to talk to non-car people. I think I know about cars, but it was a good feeling to know my advisor knows more than me and I appreciate that. While I stay on top of my maintenance nothing beats the brand technicians who only work on Hyundais. While their labor is more expertise, I'm kind of glad my regular mechanic told me he doesn't do certain services - since they did seem complicated on a higher mileage car. Maybe they fluffed my feathers a bit too telling me my car was in good shape and that it was young, sort of made me proud of the journey this car and I have had and hope to continue to have well past the 150k mark! While this doesn't speak to the business but more the brand, I am glad that they made a car so fun to drive with small details that just make sense. I would say I left service with more confidence in my car's longevity! Regarding the team who works here. I listened to how they speak to their customers on the phone, very down to earth yet still professional And last but absolutely not least.. I want to give the service technicians their due props for doing all the dirty work under the hood, Thank you!!!

Very nice! Paul (my service advisor) was very helpful and took the initiative to help me file paperwork to see if Hyundai would still cover my transmission replacement, which they agreed to thankfully. Im very grateful for his help and the service was well done and they helped inspect everything else while they were at it.
