We had a great experience buying our Crosstrek Wilderness at Capitol Subaru. Sam made the entire process easy and low-pressure, answered our questions, and gave us the space to figure out which Crosstrek was right for us. Everything from choosing the car through getting the deal finished felt straightforward and effortless. Good high-mileage maintenance experience!!! There is definitely old world charm but it doesn't deter me. Space in service/parts area is efficient. & i would come back. Not everyone likes to pay for maintenance especially over 1k like i just did, but i know that what they did was well worth the investment, and just have to give a special thanks to my service advisor Paul who made me feel confident that all the work that needed to be done was done right. Very nice! Paul (my service advisor) was very helpful and took the initiative to help me file paperwork to see if Hyundai would still cover my transmission replacement, which they agreed to thankfully. Im very grateful for his help and the service was well done and they helped inspect everything else while they were at it.

Great service here! They fit me in for an appointment on a very busy weekend. One of the surface advisors, Ali, was alone, but completely maintained his composure and respect for us and all other clients. One touch that I really appreciated was my car servicer for sending me a video of all of the things he thinks need to be fixed with evidence as for why. Highly recommend!

The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

had appointment at 10am on friday it wasn't busy and the service advisor was appointment asap for my ioniq 5 2025 the required first year maintenance procedure was carried out promptly without any upsell and was out in about 1 hr 15 min , only thing is thay they dont have a wash facility and do not provide a compliment exterior clean up

The service at this dealership is good when you have a common issues and not when a unknown issue pops up. The service representative was not good in communicating to us timely and we had to call each day to know about the issue or if there was any progress. They were very bad with repsect to providing a backup loaner vehicle and asked us to work with Hyundai USA to get our Rental reimbursements which is a whole big process again.

Prior to going to the dealership, I had a good experience getting a quote on the car I was interested in. I was working with Gavon who was excellent! If you go on a Saturday be prepared to wait. There are lots of people!! Financing took a long time, but overall everyone was nice and friendly. Gavon made the experience comfortable!
Competent, relatively fast and honest service of a serious, hard to diagnose problem. Both the service adviser Nick Collins and the service technician did an excellent job both in quality and the speed of execution.

I approved services for $2468, when I picked up my car on Saturday they charged me $2840 and were unable to provide a reason why the charges were more. They stated I would have to pay the full amount to get my car back which I need for work, or come back on Monday to speak to manager but then I would have to uber to work for the weekend. Extremely disappointed in the service and non transparent prices, will not be coming back in the future.

The estimated time was too long for a simple software upgrade. The work was done way ahead of schedule, but the detailed car wash (promised by sales when I bought the car and by service when I dropped off) was not done. Still recommend for now.
OMG, STEER CLEAR of this place. What a clown show this sales team was. They did not even pretend to offer "customer service" I walked in prepared to purchase a Hyundai within the next day or two, and based on the sales team, I walked out thinking maybe I should reconsider and choose a different make and model altogether. The "service" was atrocious, and would likely be pervasive with car repair side of the house too. Definitely be for warned and go elsewhere.

I went in with a clear budget, and after some negotiating, Kenneth was able to accommodate to a fair price that agreed with the both of us. I explained my situation in detail and expressed my apprehension with leasing my first vehicle. Kenneth was empathetic, understanding, and efficient. I walked in and drove the car home on the same day with little to no issues. I didn't feel like simply a sale at any point.

Had Ali as my service advisor and he was great. Before I had even left he verified the parts for my warranty work were in stock and told me it would be a day. 2 hours later I get the call its done, amazing considering another dealer told me 3-5 days after drop-off before they would have time to look at it. Ali kept me informed through the process and didn't push when I didn't want any other services. Walked out the door a happy customer and I will be back!

I've taken my Ioniq to this dealership for several years and have found all the service staff and other staff I've encountered to be welcoming, very helpful/knowledgeable and friendly. On occasion issues with my vehicle that have taken time and patience to diagnose. However, the service staff have listened to my concerns and have been diligent, remedying the issue to my great satisfaction. The dealership also provides a comfortable environment to wait during service appointments.
