Good service, friendly staff, knowledgeable
I made the reservation relatively Kate and needed to have the car ready at a specific time. The crew came through for me.
We have been working with Aaron Pullen for many years for all of our new car needs. He is professional, reliable, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of.
Our car purchase started with a great test drive with Omer where all of our questions were answered. This ultimately led to a low stress back and forth about features and options. We are now the proud owners of a new Ionic 5!
Easy to work with, quick and efficient, and the two dealership staff from finance and sales were respectful and easy going. I didn’t feel pressured and I was able to take the time I wanted to review my paperwork and terms.

The thermostat on my CPO Santa Fe died. Alma was super helpful from the start. The warranty coverage came through and Alma was patient throughout the scheduling of the drop-off and pickup. They didn't have a loaner at the time so she arranged for a Lyft drop off. A small suggestion: I used to previously own a VW and always took it to the DGDG dealership (Capitol VW) and they always gave my car a wash after any repair, service was complete. A small gesture that I always appreciated.
Everything went smoothly. They serviced my car (oil change and tire rotation) and my car was ready in 1.5 hrs.
Marco was very helpful when looking at cars and answering questions. Sales process as a whole was a little slow, but a fairly good experience overall.
I had a great experience buying a new Venue! Javon was very helpful when picking a trim level, and even brought out a used model to show me what the color I was considering looked like. The dealership didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but they arranged to get just what I wanted from a sister dealership. Brian, Ibraheem, Bibek, everyone was helpful. No one tried to strong-arm me into any deal. Felt like they were genuine in their opinions and answered all my questions with patience. The place was running smoothly and all employees were courteous. There was enough transparency with the quote even before the credit check. I did leave with more add-ons to my deal than I had planned but the process was well explained and all discounts were well considered. I am really impressed with the DGDG process.
Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Sold us the exact model, trim, and exterior, interior colors that are extremely rare: Palisade hybrid calligraphy pacific sapphire with brown interior SUV that we wanted.
Ali was a great service rep., professional and personal. The prices were much higher than I had expected and even though I had a diagnostic service the dealership required it done there and cost three times more. But I really want to than Ali for his understanding and support.
I have been to many dealerships. This one is unusually good. From the covered service drop off area to free coffee and other drinks in the waiting area, the facilities are solid. Also, every interaction I have had with their staff has been professional and pleasant. I don’t feel a need to be on guard at all times.

The car had an electric problem that happens under cold weather and prevent driving. They could not fix it for 5 months. The technician was lazy, checking the car only in the afternoon, reporting there's no issue. But it reocurred every time I came to pick up. I fought against the manufacturer and won by the lemon law. The faulty car can be understood but not the irresponsible services.
I reached out to Stevens Creek Hyundai for Costco pricing on a new car, and Anthony Phommachit was the contact for that. We exchanged several emails, and he was super responsive - even responding on his day off! He was really helpful, and just made the whole experience easy. We didn't end up buying from him, but I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car.
The staff was very polite and had me feeling welcome. They could not offer discounts to the vehicle I was leasing, but they were able to match an offer on my trade-in. They also offered me additional services but didn’t make me uncomfortable or feeling pressured.

Overall service was okay!
First I had to go for a check because I got an alert for low engine oil. They investigated the issue and said they had to replace the unit that houses the engine oil. They did it so within a few days which was definitely nice! But when I picked up the car, it was very dirty/dusty which they didn't bother to clean. Stevens Creek Hyundai gave me one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle by far! Anthony was the sales agent for us and he was easy-going, experienced, understanding, and not pushy! Not only did he gave me one of the better deals compared to other dealers, he was confident that they had the best price but still let me go check with other dealerships without the usual tacky approaches of keeping me there. I ended up coming back to this dealership and made my purchase on a 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL.
What started as routine scheduled service took longer than predicted because a return trip was needed to complete one requested step (smog check) that had been missed in the initial visit. The return visit then took a while because a part had to be ordered, But the dealership provided a loaner while I waited, and then finished the job promptly. Thank you, Stevens Creek Hyundai, and thank you David for keeping me informed.
The staff is very pleasant, patient and accommodating. They worked hard to provide us with exactly what we were looking for at a price we could afford.
Always great service
It was my first time working with Nick and he was great. He took my initial phone call and ended up being the service person I worked with. Really nice guy, pretty straight forward and took his time in answering ALL of my questions. I did have to wait for a part, but my car was ready as estimated. Other staff in the service department are also so very friendly. They always greet you as you walk in and are ready to help serve you.

My Ioniq5 had a battery issue, believed to be a vendor problem. The original problem and subsequent service issues very well explained. Despite the fact that it takes a few times to get the problem fixed, every time I was provided with courteous, professional services. The arrangements of temporary rental cars during the repair were exceptionally good. I am very happy with the team's expediency and knowledge to get me back to my Ioniq5. Relatively easy process
Super easy experience. I spent a whole day at another dealership who in the end couldn't come up with the car I wanted. I found that car online at Steven's Creek and started the process online and worked with Javon. I only spent about 3 hours at the dealership. I did drive a few hours to get there but it was worth it!
Brian NGO helped me out greatly pick out my car and I loved the service. Stephen Contreras explained in detail what I needed to get my car covered

Amazing staff and crew. Had frustrations with Fremont Hyundai on getting the recalls on my Palisade done since September - so tried out Stevens Creek and they were top notch.
