 ended up buying the car through the internet manager at Stevens Creek Hyundai: Alex Aasi.  He beat the lowest quote I received by $200 and was also a pleasure to deal with.  He's a really nice guy and has a really good knowledge of the Bay Area car market.

The floor sales guys are also pretty cool.  See if you can get a guy named Roman to take you for a test drive.  He'll give you lots of interesting information on the Hyundai USA and the design of the 2011 Elantra and Sonata.

Overall, it was a great purchase experience.  No one tried any of the sleazy pressure tactics I was expecting from a car dealer.

Make sure you deal with Roman or Alex Aasi if you come here!

I just bought a 2011 Sonata Limited in Steven Creek Hyundai. Not only their service was excellent, they gave me a good price as well. The sales manager told me to come in and bring any quotes and they will beat it. I brought an 2011 Sonata SE 2.0T quote, they took it. Next thing you know my sales person, Rene Roman, came in with an application and asked me to fill it out. I asked him why? He said you asked us to beat the price, we beat it and here's the form. So I was very happy with their no jokes no games attitude.  I signed but found out they didn't have the color I want.  So Rene and I spent quite sometimes finding the color and model that I want, so the end, I ended up with Limited edition instead and in a very good price. Couldn't be happier with their services and sincerity. I will definitely recommend my friend to Steven Creek Hyundai and my sales person, Rene Roman

I shopped here with my husband today to find myself a new car after my car died in a horrible smoky mess two days ago. The salesguy that helped us was AWESOME! I went to 5 dealerships today and felt I got the best service here.

We already have an '06 Sonata which has been serviced by them since we bought it. Eric in the service department is our favorite. He gets an A+ in customer service. He remembers our names and actually knows who we are. When we had throttle problems, they did what it took to get it right. Even though the process wasn't perfect because of an understandable mistake, we drove off feeling good about it.

I brought my 07 Hyundai Santa Fe to the Stevens Creek Hyundai (4425 Stevens Creek Blvd) on 11/18/10  to have it fixed and the people there were the best.  I arrived about 10 minutes before they opened, and they let me in anyways to get started (I'm not a morning person, so having them open earlier than they should was a bonus for me)  They were very up front with what was wrong, the cost (which was a non-issue since it was under warranty), provided a courtesy car (did NOT smell like stale cigarettes unlike other shops) to drive me home, and contacted me promptly when the car was ready.  They also gave me cookies when they were done =)

It looks like the mixed reviews on Yelp are due to the Capitol Hyundai site, which should have NO reflection on the Stevens Creek folks.  Needless to say, I was VERY impressed with their services dept.
